ENTRANCE From the gravelled driveway, a short walk leads to the side entrance door with level access into a sunny atrium. This in turn leads into the hallway which extends through to all other rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor is a family bathroom with freestanding bath, hand-held shower, w.c., wash hand basin and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE Lovely secluded gardens to the front, side and rear of the house, with good sized areas of lawn, flower beds, mature trees, shrubs and a walled terrace. The lower level garden features a childrens' wooden climbing frame with swings, slide and monkey bars. At one side of the house is South facing slate tiled terrace with garden furniture and Weber gas barbeque. PARKING Off road parking on gravelled drive for 4-5 cars.
