This Spanish Tapas class will run through Spain’s infamous tapas menu taking students through a wonderful array of dishes. From San Sebastian to Madrid through Seville and beyond, this class will map Spanish ingredients explaining the uses of herbs and spices in this much loved cuisine. Students will prepare dishes such as chorizo in sherry, tortilla, the infamous romanesco sauce with crispy calamari, pimentos pardon (troasted green peppers with sea salt) potatas bravas, alioli, gambas al pil pil (prawns in garlic and chilli) and northern pinchos (tapas on small skewers). You will leave the class able to prepare a range of tapas recipes in the efficient manner that it is served to you in the tapas bars in Spain. Prepare to take home a feast.
