A very aromatic nose dominated by Sauvignon Blanc with floral notes and intense citrus fruit, some mineral nuances with a sensation of ripe grapes. Perfectly balanced in the mouth with a lovely aromatic power.
Small bubbles forming a very fine rosary and persistent crown. Golden yellow colour with golden reflections. Good intense aromas on the nose of mature fruits including peach and candied apricot, and aromas from the ageing of toasted dried fruits and wood. On the mouth good structure with good balance and carbonic potential. Aftertaste of pastries and mature fruits.
We wholeheartedly pin our name to this fresh, effusive Champagne with its appealing, citrusy fruit.
Delicious summer fruit aromas - even better in a big bottle. Serve chilled in the garden with friends.

Chapoutier is better known as a renowned producer in the Rhone, producing a wide range of biodynamic wines from Crozes Hermitage to Chateauneuf-du-Pape. This is Chapoutier's Alsace venture - Schieferkopf (literally, slate topped) - is a joint venture between Chapoutier and four friends, none of whom are wine professionals. The five (the Club des Cinq) bought a 5ha domaine in Bernardville, whose vineyards, at 380m among the highest in Alsace, have 'unique schist soils giving poise and austerity to wines with high minerality' - ideal for Riesling, his agents Mentzendorff say. The vineyard is fully biodynamic, with handpicking in small bins and gentle pressing. The wine is matured on lees for several months in traditional foudres. A delectable fruit wine, rich with woody and spice aromas from its cask ageing process. Siglo Saco Crianza Red is a full bodied velvety wine, which comes alive when allowed to breathe.
Pale lemon in the glass with a gold tint. This unoaked Chardonnay has lifted melon fruit on the nose and a nice roundness and texture on the palate. Well balanced, with citrus flavours lingering on the finish.
Fruit-driven, light-bodied, fresh and zesty. A delicious Sauvignon Blanc - easy-drinking and absolutely brimming with flavour. Lovely lime and characteristic tropical and herbaceous aromas abound. Best enjoyed young. Serve chilled.
The grapes come from vineyards planted in calcareous clay and gravel soils at an altitude between 250 and 550 meters in the areas of Ora, Tramin and Egna. The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and then gently pressed off to steel tanks where the must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (19 C) without malolactic fermentation. Pinot Bianco is part of the Burgundian Pinot family and is related to Pinot Grigio and the principal grape of Pinot family, Pinot Noir. As a wine, Pinot Blanc feels fresh and rich yet dry. It has a greenish yellow to light yellow colour and light scents of green apple. The wine also shows a complex nutty flavour and hints of green leaves. It feels balanced between richness of texture and bright acidity. Pairings for Pinot Blanc include light starters, fish or white meat. It also works as an aperitif.
This Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Damodes is a powerful and elegant wine. Its nose releases a clever mix of crushed red fruits, dried herbs and burnt wood. It is supple on the palate and of great finesse. A little acidic, it contains aromas of liquorice, wood and very ripe fruits. Serve with: Beef Bourguignon, Game, Hard Cheeses. The name Les Damodes may come from a female trinity presiding over the good of the earth, or perhaps refers to some druidesses who were established in this area.
On the palate, this wine has a well-rounded texture and a lingering persistence. Both the nose and the palate are dominated by typical varietal aromas of black fruits, spices and a hint of dark chocolate.
A crisp, mineral Chardonnay, deeply concentrated with a silky mouthfeel. It is loaded with pear and fig with a hint of hazelnut character alongside the limestone chalky zing which the Limari valley delivers in white varieties. Winemaker Marcelo Papa carefully selects the most suitable vineyard locations for each individual varietal to thrive. The use of a variety of small oak barrels from some of the best co-operages in France allows Marcelo to achieve an elegant and harmonious style of wines, which soften beautifully with age.
