This three disc anthology is the very best of the live broadcasts broadcast by Eagles from 1974-1976. The set opens with the legendary broadcast from the Beacon Theatre New York on 13th April 1974 and features special guests Jackson Browne and Linda Ronstadt. Eagles had originally been formed as a backing band for Linda Ronstadt, but had since enjoyed major success when their 1972 debut album produced a string of hit singles. Their 1973 follow-up Desperado produced two further hit singles and by 1974, with the launch of the On The Border album, guitarist Don Felder had joined and Best Of My Love was their first number one. This broadcast features stunning performances of their then current set. By 1976 Eagles were approaching their creative peak.
