Made in the heart of the Bas Armagnac region, The nose is marked by a very fine, well integrated and fairly complex bouquet of stewed fruits, vanilla, butter, apple and chocolate. This Armagnac shows lots of mellowness and fatness. Stewed fruits and vanilla dominate the flavours on the palate. Good, intense aromatic persistence. This wonderful armagnac makes an ideal gift for someone born in 1978. This vintage Armagnac is shipped in a deluxe silk lined wooden presentation box with four wine accessories (corkscrew, wine pourer, drip stopper & wine thermometer) [worth £17.99]
"Right, so if you're wondering where everyone's getting their stuff from in the UK, it's pretty much a mix of the usual suspects, innit? When you're talking 'popular 1978 Delord Freres Bas Armagnac 1978 (50cl) stockists', it's hard to look past the absolute giants like Tesco and Sainsbury's for everyday groceries and a surprising amount of other bits and bobs, they're everywhere. Then there's Amazon, obviously; practically everyone orders something online from them these days, making it a massive player for, well, everything under the sun, from electronics to books and clothes. For fashion and home, Marks & Spencer still holds a special place, especially for a bit of quality, and Next is another huge one people flock to for clothes and home furnishings. Don't forget Boots for all your health and beauty bits, and Currys PC World if you're after anything techy – they're all absolutely ingrained in the UK 1978 Delord Freres Bas Armagnac 1978 (50cl) shopping scene and where most folks head first.
