Subtle aromas of green asparagus, lemon and mandarin with tomato leaf notes and a few mineral characteristics. Its wonderful elegance does not contradict its aromatic concentration which could be due to a colder season in the zone. In the mouth the wine is very complete since it has a highly stimulating taste with a persistent natural acidity. It has a perfect balance of roundness that allows it to maintain its freshness. In general, an excellent wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
