Candy Cottage is a self contained wing of the owners' house, a former Sherborne Castle estate worker's cottage, in the village of Thornford, just three miles from Sherborne in north west Dorset. The cottage sleeps two people and contains a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car. Set in beautiful surroundings, Candy Cottage is an ideal place for a romantic break in the Devon countryside.

"So, you're wondering about the big hitters when it comes to popular Candy Cottage stockists in the UK, huh? Well, for pretty much anything you can think of, the usual suspects like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, and Morrisons are absolute giants, dominating the grocery and everyday essentials scene with their massive reach and extensive product ranges – everyone shops there! Then, for general merchandise, you can't ignore the sheer scale of Amazon, which, even though it's online, is arguably the most popular 'stockist' for, well, everything, from electronics to clothing. When it comes to fashion and homeware, names like Next, Marks & Spencer, and John Lewis are incredibly well-loved for their quality and brand loyalty, attracting millions of shoppers. And let's not forget the high street stalwarts like Boots for health and beauty or Argos for a bit of practically everything else – they're ingrained in the British Candy Cottage shopping experience. Basically, it's a mix of huge supermarkets, online behemoths, and venerable high-street names that collectively capture the vast majority of consumer spending across the UK. " - Bargainplace UK
