The exercise studio hosts a full range of group exercise classes including TRX, Yoga and ViPR with views onto the park and outdoor pool. Classes may require prior booking and will incur additional charges. If you are travelling from Woolwich or Blackheath, the club is just 5 minutes drive and there is limited parking available.
