Master a difficult but incredibly rewarding area of cooking with Cookery School's Sauces class. Learn to create both savoury and sweet sauces to accompany myriad dishes. These include a versatile bechamel sauce, classic pesto, delicious sauce Bearnaise and sauce Hollandaise as well as a red wine reduction. Sweet sauces that will be covered include creme Anglais and rich chocolate sauce. The provided ingredients are all sustainably sourced, of high quality and, where possible, organic. At the end of the session, sit down with classmates to feast on the creations and chat about the class. Take home a pack of recipe cards to help with perfecting these sauces at home.
