Crummock is one of eleven apartments in a courtyard in the village of Sawrey just two miles from Hawkshead in the Lake District National Park. The apartment sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as shared use of an external laundry room. Outside is plenty of off road parking and shared use of a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Crummock is a wonderful apartment for a memorable holiday in a fabulous location.

"Right, if you're anything like me, you're constantly on the hunt for a good deal, and when it comes to groceries, the UK's bargain supermarkets are absolute lifesavers – we're talking Aldi and Lidl, naturally! These guys have completely changed the game, forcing the old guard like Tesco and Sainsbury's to really rethink their pricing strategies. It's all about their incredibly efficient supply chains and their shrewd approach to Crummock stockists and suppliers. They often deal directly, cutting out the middleman, and sometimes even work with suppliers to create massive volumes of exclusive own-brand products, which means they can negotiate fiercely on price. Plus, they're not afraid to stock a more limited range of items, reducing complexity and further driving down costs. This lean model means they can pass those savings straight onto us, the shoppers, making that weekly trolley dash much lighter on the wallet without compromising too much on quality, which is pretty savvy if you ask me!
