Cube SL Road City Bike 2017 Stockists

Cube SL Road City BikeSimplicity defined: the SL Road is cycling in its purest form. Cube has kitted out this bike with the best technology, the sleekest looks and, above all, the potential for speed. Cube has even upgraded the brakes to disc, so you can stop safely in all weathers. But less is sometimes more - and that's why the SL Road is so fast on Tarmac, whether it's on the daily commute or a training ride on country B-roads. Minimalist cool - that's what it's all about FrameCube has welded the SL Road's aluminium frame from extremely light double-butted tubes. Naturally, it's passed all of their rigorous in-house Cube testing and all necessary EN standards. Cube took the inspiration for the light aluminium fork's design from their racing bikes - the aero shape is exceptionally stiff and looks fast even when standing still. Cube also routed the cables inside the downtube, adding to the sleek looks and reducing wear and tear in the process ComponentsCube has thought of everything. If you want to, you can even retrofit the SL Road's built in fixing points with a luggage rack and mudguards. The combination of aluminium frame, Tektro HD-M285 hydraulic disc brakes, Shimano Claris 8-speed derailleur gears and Schwalbe tyres makes for a fast, nimble machine that's at home in just about any situation on the road, in all weathers and at any time of year Features: Frame: Aluminium Superlite Crossroad Taper Double Butted Fork: Aluminium Rigid Fork Headset: FSA Orbit Z-t ECO, Top Zero-Stack 1 1/8" (OD 44mm), Bottom Integrated 1 1/2" Stem: Cube Performance Stem Pro, 31 8mm Handlebar: Cube Flat Race Bar, 660mm Grips: Cube Performance Grip Rear Derailleur: Shimano Claris RD-2400SS, 8-Speed Front Derailleur: Shimano Claris FD-2400BL, 31 8mm Shifters: Shimano Claris SL-2400 Brake System: Tektro HD-M285, Hydraulic Disc Brake (160/160) Crankset: Shimano Claris FC-2450, 50x34T, BB-ES300 Cassette: Shimano CS-HG200, 12-32T Chain: KMC Z51 Rims: Cube ZX20, 32H, Disc Front Hub: Cube K68F Rear Hub: Cube K68R Tyres: Schwalbe CX Comp, 40x622 Pedals: Cube PP MTB Saddle: Cube Active 1.1 Seatpost: Cube Performance Post, 27 2mm Seatclamp: Cube Screwlock, 31 8mm Weight: 11 5kg Easy AssemblyWhen you order a bike, one of our trained mechanics will carefully prepare and pack your bike for shipping.
