To Use: To make 60 cupcakes - Mix 100g cake lace powder with 80g (80ml) warm water and using a food mixer, mix for 2mins. Spread onto lace mats using the spreader or a cranked palette knife. Leave to dry at room temp. for several hours, or overnight. OR place in oven at 80 degrees C for 10-12 mins. Gently remove from mat.
