Industry renowned Eric Lanlard, who has baked cakes for the likes of Madonna, Claudia Schiffer, Liz Hurley and Elton John teaches skills that can be replicated at home, using simple cake decorating tools. This hands-on experience takes place in his Cake Boy boutique - a unique cake emporium. At the end of the workshop, take home a box of 12 personalised creations. With an army of plain cupcakes to use, master buttercream icing with different paste colours, manipulate and cut the icing into shapes, then decorate the cakes with various toppings such as sprinkles or glitter.
