Are more cyclists getting hit from behind than ever before? Rear visibility is an often overlooked feature for cyclists who frequent the road, the misconception that you're unlikely to be hit from behind has been backed up by seriously outdated data, originally recorded back in the 1970s. The roads have changed since then, with new data being released over the past few years indicated that as many as 1 in 4 fatal accidents involve the cyclist being hit from behind... why would you risk not running a high visibility rear light/camera?
