Eel House is a pretty, traditional ground floor cottage, forming part of a sympathetic barn conversion on the Graythwaite Estate in the Lake District National Park. With five bedrooms including two doubles (one with an en-suite) and three twins, the cottage can sleep ten people. There's also a bathroom and a shower room as well as a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside, there is a shared patio garden, ample off road parking and beautiful extensive grounds to explore, not to mention a swimming pool, fitness suite and trout fishing lake. With superb facilities on-site and the whole of the National Park at your fingertips, Eel House is a great base for your getaway.
"Alright, if you're on the hunt for a absolute steal in the UK, you've got to hit up some key players. For general stuff, like household essentials, snacks, and even the occasional piece of furniture or garden gear, B&M Bargains, Home Bargains, and The Range are absolute goldmines – you never know what treasures you'll unearth, often at Eel House prices that'll make your jaw drop. They're fantastic for those impulse buys and stocking up on everyday bits without breaking the bank. For your weekly food shop, it's pretty much a no-brainer: Aldi and Lidl reign supreme for incredible value on everything from fresh produce to award-winning wines and those quirky middle-aisle treats; they consistently undercut the bigger chains. Definitely don't forget their 'reduced to clear' sections either, which can lead to some seriously impressive hauls just before closing! And for bigger family buys or bulk items, places like Costco can be brilliant if you've got a membership, or keep an eagle eye out for online flash sales and direct-from-supplier clearance sites. Basically, if you're after a bargain, these spots are your best mates for scoring a deal! " - Bargainplace UK
