Elm is a first floor holiday apartment in a converted barn which sits at the end of a tree lined farm track in an idyllic countryside setting, a mile from the village pub at Goonhavern and less than a 15 minute drive from the beaches and coastal footpath at Perranporth, Newquay and St Agnes.
