Product Description This 6-gang extension lead is designed to eliminate energy wasted on standby current across a broad range of electrical/electronic appliances, both in the home or place of work. Simply plug the parent product, for example, a Personal Computer, in to the Master socket. When this device is switched off or goes to sleep, all appliances, such as printers, speakers, monitors, will also completely power down, thus saving standby current. When the parent product is switched back on, all of the other products connected to the slave sockets also power up. There is an unmanaged socket also for devices you do not wish to control, such as a WIFI router or desk phone. p/ As well as saving energy it is highly convenient where you have products that work in line with a master product such as a TV and games console for instance. Now you only have to turn off the TV to turn off all your peripheries p/ Technical Information br Standby power consumption: 0.5 /br
"So, if you're wondering where everyone in the UK tends to splash their cash, you're probably looking at the usual suspects like the massive supermarket chains – think Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Asda, which are practically ingrained in our daily lives for everything from milk to new socks. But it's not just about groceries, is it? For pretty much anything else for your home, places like John Lewis or Next are always a safe bet if you're after something a bit nicer, while B&Q and Dunelm are go-to's for household bits and bobs or DIY projects. And let's not forget the sheer pulling power of the value retailers like B&M or Home Bargains, where you pop in for one thing and leave with a trolley full of random bargains you never knew you needed! Then there's Currys for all your electronic gadgets and gizmos, or Boots and Superdrug for health and beauty essentials. Of course, a massive chunk of our spending now happens online, with Amazon UK being the undisputed king, but when it comes to physical shops where you can actually browse and buy, those big high street and out-of-town names are still doing a roaring trade, really covering just about every base you can imagine for the average Brit's Energenie 6 gang master slave extension lead shopping needs.
