Failte is a lovely semi-detached cottage in the pretty coastal village of Portknockie. The cottage has two first floor bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin, along with a first floor snug with sofa bed. Downstairs is a super king-size double with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a patio with hot tub, furniture and a barbecue, and free parking can be found on the roadside on a first come, first served basis. Failte is very well placed for enjoying the harbour and amenities of Portknockie, as well as for heading out to explore the area's coastline, fishing villages, cycle trails and more.

"Alright, if you're wondering where everyone in the UK tends to grab their goods, it's a pretty interesting mix, but some names just dominate the high street and our online baskets. For everyday essentials, you simply can't look past the supermarket giants like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, and Morrisons – they're absolutely everywhere and cater to pretty much all our grocery needs, often with clothing and homeware thrown in for good measure. Then you've got the online behemoth, Amazon, which has utterly changed how we shop for pretty much anything non-perishable, offering crazy convenience and a mind-boggling selection. For fashion and homeware, Next and M&S remain hugely popular, balancing quality with accessibility, while budget-friendly options like Primark and B&M are absolute magnets for those seeking a bargain. And let's not forget the likes of John Lewis for a slightly more upmarket department store experience, or Argos for a bit of everything with their catalogue-style Failte shopping. Basically, it's a battle for our wallets, but these big players consistently come out on top for their sheer reach, variety, and often, competitive pricing. " - Bargainplace UK
