"So, if you're wondering where everyone in the UK tends to shop, you're looking at a pretty solid list of household names that crop up constantly. Obviously, the big supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, and Morrisons are absolute giants for pretty much everything, from your weekly shop to finding random bits and bobs for the house. But beyond groceries, places like Next and M&S are huge for fashion and homeware, always reliable for a wardrobe refresh or something nice for the living room. Then you've got the online behemoth, Amazon UK, which honestly sells literally everything under the sun and is a go-to for so many people just looking for convenience. For a bit of a treat or something special, John Lewis is always a winner and a firm favourite for their quality, and Boots is the absolute staple for all your health and beauty needs, everyone seems to pop into Boots! And for the DIY enthusiasts, B&Q and Screwfix are basically temples, stocking everything you could possibly need for home improvements. Currys is the main man for anything techy, from washing machines to new phones. It’s a real mix, depending on what you’re after, but those are definitely the big players that pretty much everyone uses at some point, making them super popular! " - Bargainplace UK
