In response to huge demand, Cookery School have added a new Gluten Free class to their programme. Begin the experience with welcome nibbles (gluten free, of course) and get stuck into a thorough lesson that will cover several tried and tested recipes. Learn how to make sponge cake filled with lemon curd and cream; hazelnut and carrot cake with chocolate ganache topping; pineapple upside down cake and many other mouth-watering desserts. Flour is replaced by ground hazelnuts, coconut flour and other clever substitutes. At the end of the lesson, sit down to a baked feast with a glass or two of wine. Don't forget to bring along a container to take away leftover cake. Receive a pack of recipe cards too, making it easy to recreate each dish at home.
