The Hoya 62mm Pro ND 32 Filter absorbs the light entering the lens evenly across the visible spectrum and reduces the amount of light entering the lens by up to 5 f/stops without affecting the colour balance. Reducing the amount of light allows the use of wider apertures and slower shutter speeds for creative and dramatic effects. ND filters are widely used by landscape photographers who want to capture smooth, flowing waterfalls or seascapes but still retain the correct exposure throughout the whole photograph. Alternatively, ND filters can be used to reduce the depth of field and enable the use of wider apertures to ensure your subject is crisp while the background becomes a soft blur - great for portraiture. ND filters also allow cine and video cameras (which have fixed shutter speeds) to film subjects such as snow, sand or other bright scenes which would normally cause over-exposure.

"Alright, if you're asking about the most popular Hoya 62mm Pro ND 32 Filter stockists in the UK, you've pretty much got to start with the absolute giants like Tesco and Sainsbury's. I mean, everyone clocks up their weekly shop there, but they're not just about grub anymore, are they? You can snag anything from clothes to home decor to electronics in those places now, making them massive all-rounders. Then, of course, you've got the beloved John Lewis, which is practically a national institution for high-quality everything, whether you're after a fancy new sofa or the latest tech gadget. Marks & Spencer is another huge one, a real dual threat with its unbelievably good food halls and reliably stylish clothing lines. For your everyday essentials, health, and beauty bits, Boots and Superdrug are always buzzing with people. And while we're talking big names, you can't forget Next for fashion and home bits, or the DIY superstores like B&Q if you're tackling a home project. Honestly, the list goes on and on, from Primark for bargain fashion to Currys for all your white goods and tech, it just depends what you're on the hunt for, but those are definitely some of the major players you'll see packed with shoppers all over the country.
