To clean copper contacts between cartridge and cradle: Moisten a foam tipped bud with a few drops of Cleaning Fluid. Gently wipe the copper contacts on the side of the cartridge. Dry with a clean foam tipped bud. Repeat for the copper contacts in the cradle. To clean ink nozzle of print cartridge: For single colour cartridges lightly moisten a foam tipped bud with Cleaning Fluid. Wipe away ink residue from the ink nozzle. Dry with cotton cloth or foam tipped bud. For full colour Cartridges, use a dry bud to avoid “bleeding†between the colour ink jets. To clean and maintain rubber rollers: Apply a few drops of Roller Fluid to a foam tipped bud or cotton cloth and wipe the rollers. Dry with a clean cotton cloth or foam tipped bud. Use the printer’s form feed function to turn the rollers and repeat. To clean the external printer case: Wipe over the case of the printer with a wet wipe from an Ultraclene sachet. Buff with a dry wipe.
