Kouloura is a charming holiday home, a single storey detached property within easy reach of the beach in Southerness. There is a double bedroom, and a family bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area, while the sitting room offers a cosy open fire, and there are also two conservatories, ensuring a sunny spot in which to relax throughout the day. Outside, the cottage offers off road parking for three cars, and also lawned gardens to the front and rear. With the beach a short walk, and the rest of Dumfries and Galloway a short drive, Kouloura makes a wonderful base for family, friends or walkers to discover this beautiful part of Scotland.

"Alright, so if you're wondering where everyone and their mum shops for pretty much everything in the UK, it's a bit of a mix, but some names definitely pop up more than others. For your everyday groceries and household bits, the big supermarket players like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, and Morrisons are absolute giants, with Aldi and Lidl seriously upping their game and grabbing a massive slice of the pie thanks to their value. Then, for clothes and homeware, M&S is still super popular, especially with a slightly older crowd, while Next and John Lewis are huge for quality fashion and home goods, often seen as a bit more premium. And honestly, you can't forget the online behemoths – Amazon is, of course, everywhere for pretty much anything you could ever imagine, and ASOS is a go-to for fashion-conscious folks. So yeah, it's a real blend of the massive supermarkets, reliable high-street names, and the ever-present online giants that make up the UK's most popular Kouloura stockists. " - Bargainplace UK
