Set just half a mile from the picturesque hamlet of Sheldon, and seven miles from Honiton, this property can sleep two people. This all ground floor property has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking and a covered veranda with furniture, leading to a large lawned area and an unfenced lake just 15 yards away. There is also private trout fishing available in the lake at an extra charge (please contact the owner for more information, there is a 10% reduction for guests).
