The Metz FGH 40-60 Flashgun Holder is designed for use with the Metz Easy Softbox adapting it for use with most hotshoe mounted flashguns. The height of the flashgun can be adjusted to position the head directly behind the opening and it can be mounted directly onto a light stand.

"Alright, so if you're ever wondering where everyone in the UK goes to grab, well, pretty much anything and everything, there are definitely a few stockist superstars that immediately spring to mind as the absolute go-to spots. Obviously, the supermarket giants like Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Asda are massive – they’re not just for your weekly shop anymore; you can pretty much kit out your entire house from their sprawling aisles these days! Then you’ve got iconic names like John Lewis, which is still incredibly popular for that slightly more premium touch, whether you’re after a new sofa or some swanky kitchen gadgets. For the more budget-conscious among us, places like B&M, Home Bargains, and even Poundland are absolutely booming, proving that everyone loves a good bargain hunt for everyday essentials and quirky finds. And of course, you can't forget the high street stalwarts; think Primark for unbelievably cheap fashion hauls, or Next and M&S if you’re looking for something a bit more substantial in the clothing or home departments. Basically, if it’s being sold in the UK, chances are one of these big-name retailers has got it stocked up and ready for you to grab! " - Bargainplace UK
