The oldest and most reliable blocks were targeted for this blend. The grapes were picked then transported to the Hunter Valley for vinification. A pre-soak as the must warmed, fermentation at 25 C and post ferment skin contact time took a total of 20 days, to fully develop tannin structure, flavour and balance. After fermentation, the wine was matured in high quality, tight grain French oak barriques for twelve months before barrel selection took place. The remaining best barrels were matured for a further twelve months before bottling. Deep garnet red in colour, the aromas are dark and brooding with hints of chocolate and...

A Hungarian red wine that will blow you away - concentrated and with dark colour it has a core of dark, almost tarry fruit, elegant red cherry aromas, lively acidity and a tight tannic structure.
Egri Bikaver ('Bull's Blood of Eger') is Hungary's most famous red wine. It comes from the Eger wine region of northern Hungary.

This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on the family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine.
The elegant Champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics.
The wine shows delightful aromas of peaches and cream, with stone fruit, pink grapefruit and a hint of honey on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

Intriguing like the night, and full of mystery: a rose body that conceals the soul of a white.
Monastrell grapes impart a special complexity and elegance to De Nit, without affecting the rich freshness characteristic of all Raventos cavas.
The grapes are harvested by hand and rapidly delivered to the winery, where they are processed via a gravity flow system.
At each stage of the production process the atmosphere is controlled by dry ice. Assemblage is followed by bottle fermentation and ageing for at least 15 months in the neck-down position.

The Big Easy is 100% Chenin Blanc from various low-yielding vineyards across the Western Cape.
It opens with sun-kissed daisies, honey-suckle, cantaloupe and kumquat notes.
This upbeat and complex nose leads to a more mineral and serious palate, that exudes elegance and poise.
Two months of lees aging gives added depth, as well as contributes to a round, comforting and soft texture.
Medium bodied with a racy finish, this Chenin Blanc is typically easy and rather delicious even in its youth.
