Made for easy stereo recording, the KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 is perfect for musicians, beat makers, or performers who want to capture ideas, produce, or play out with high-quality audio. Two combi-XLR/jack inputs make it easy to capture stereo sounds, bring in outboard gear like synths, and more. It also comes with all the software needed to bring ideas to life, including MASCHINE Essentials, Ableton Live Lite, MONARK, and top NI effects for polishing recordings. Scan Pro Audio say.. "This unassuming interface is actually one of the best NAMM releases for us, as it's a great spec'ed interface for the money, using the latest generation 192K, 24 bit converters. Native Instruments two new interfaces (KA1 and KA2) both have a stealthy look about them with the same black design ethos as the recent A-series keyboard range and Maschine Mk3 units, but under the hood, these these new boxes punch significantly above their weight, both on Mac and PC, but it really stands out from the crowd for Windows users. The logic here is really simple, NI for years have been one of the few companies (the other notable one being RME) to write their own USB windows audio drivers, rather than them coming as a package from the company with the who manufactures the central processing chip inside the interface. Having efficient drivers mean that you can use more instruments and plugins at lower buffer sizes and lower buffer sizes means lower latency, low buffer sizes use more processing power than high ones. Low latency is of course important so you don't get a noticeable delay when playing in midi parts using a soft synth or playing through an amp simulator plugin such as guitar rig. You would have to spend at least twice as much to get improved low latency performance on Windows with another type of interface. Lucky Mac owners get this same performance using the drivers built into MAC OS, but the spec on this device really does still make it stand out as excellent value. oh, and its got a big knob on the top, whats not to love???!" - Tom

"Right, if you're looking to seriously stretch your budget on the weekly shop, you absolutely have to give a nod to the bargain UK supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl – they've genuinely revolutionised how we think about groceries! These savvy discounters are masters at keeping Native Instruments KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 prices ridiculously low, often by having a much more streamlined inventory than the big traditional chains and putting a massive emphasis on their own-brand goods, which, let's be honest, are often surprisingly good quality for the price. This whole approach means their network of Native Instruments KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 stockists and suppliers operates a bit differently; they frequently work directly with producers, cutting out those expensive middlemen, or they'll partner with smaller, perhaps less-known suppliers who can offer better rates for huge bulk orders. Sometimes they even snap up 'end of line' or surplus stock, passing those savings straight onto us! So, while you might not find every single branded item you're used to, what you do get is incredible value, all thanks to their super-efficient sourcing and supply chain tactics designed purely to benefit your wallet.
