Created by Alexandre Gabriel of Cognac Ferrand in partnership with Cocktail Historian Dave Wondrich. This is a recreation of a forgotten style of Cognac that was originally used to create many of the classic cocktails in the 1800's from the Sazerac, to the Julep, to the Crusta.
