A ready to use metallic paint, easy to apply. Use an EasyCover sponge to cover a whole cake or any other large surface, and a brush for finer detailed work. May also be applied with an airbrush (may need thinning down with rejuvenator spirit). There is no surplus pigment left on the surface after use as it is all sealed in. Brushes and sponge are easy to clean after use – simply rinse in warm water! How much is required? An 8” round cake sitting on a 10” board, completely covered in sugarpaste, will require approx. ½ bottle paint using the sponge. Two coats are advised to achieve a smooth and radiant finish.
"Alright, if you're wondering where everyone's splashing their cash in the UK, it’s a pretty interesting mix of old-school giants and online powerhouses! For starters, you can't really talk about popular Rainbow Dust Metallic Food Paint - Metallic Red - 25ml stockists without mentioning the likes of John Lewis – they're practically an institution, known for their quality and a bit of a premium feel, plus their Christmas ads are legendary. Then there's Next, which is a massive go-to for fashion and homeware, always reliable for a good haul. And of course, Marks & Spencer still holds a special place in many hearts for everything from undies to delicious food. But let's be real, the digital revolution means Amazon UK is absolutely massive, selling literally everything under the sun and getting it to your door super fast. And for fashion, ASOS is a huge hit, especially with younger crowds, because of its insane variety and easy returns. Even high street stalwarts like Boots and Superdrug are still massively popular for health and beauty, while the big supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Asda pretty much handle everyone's weekly shop. It’s a busy, competitive landscape out there! " - Bargainplace UK
