Slip-on Windshield with the 3D-Tex material and open-cell foam suitable for shotgun microphones only, with slots no further than 12cm from the front of the mic and a diameter of 19-22mm. Novel shape and 3D-Tex give greatly improved wind noise reduction compared to conventional “soft" windshields. A true cavity design, with superb performance at extreme low frequencies (where wind noise is worst). A rough-service windshield, robust enough for the most challenging news-gathering situations. High immunity to rain-soaking, and maintains excellent acoustic transparency in almost all situations.

"Alright, if you're wondering where everyone's splashing their cash in the UK, it’s a pretty interesting mix of old-school giants and online powerhouses! For starters, you can't really talk about popular Rycote 12cm Super-Softie (19/22) stockists without mentioning the likes of John Lewis – they're practically an institution, known for their quality and a bit of a premium feel, plus their Christmas ads are legendary. Then there's Next, which is a massive go-to for fashion and homeware, always reliable for a good haul. And of course, Marks & Spencer still holds a special place in many hearts for everything from undies to delicious food. But let's be real, the digital revolution means Amazon UK is absolutely massive, selling literally everything under the sun and getting it to your door super fast. And for fashion, ASOS is a huge hit, especially with younger crowds, because of its insane variety and easy returns. Even high street stalwarts like Boots and Superdrug are still massively popular for health and beauty, while the big supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Asda pretty much handle everyone's weekly shop. It’s a busy, competitive landscape out there! " - Bargainplace UK
