Call 01622 891675 to discuss the infinite number of combnatuions we can create through the Titleist Custom Clubs Department  With the launch of the 816 series, Titleist is aligning it's hybrid clubs with irons, instead of fairway metals and drivers for the first time. The rationale for this is better gapping says Matt Johnson, Titleist brand Director. “At the slow swing speeds of average golfers the difference in distance between long irons may only be a few yards. So grouping hybrids and irons allows for better gapping at the top-end of a set. It means that customers can invest in a mixed set with perhaps up to a six-iron and then hybrid clubs giving them better distance and forgiveness.” (source Golf Retailing) H1 PLAYER BENEFITS: Large, confidence inspiring profile for golfers that need enhanced launch Slight face progression for golfers that prefer a fairway metal look Outstanding performance from the rough Distance through high speed and low spin from Active Recoil Channel™ Distance from the Ultra Thin Face design More distance more often from the High MOI design Precision fit through more lofts and industry leading SureFit Tour™ adjustability RELIEVED SOLE EDGES 816 Hybrids have a relieved leading edge and Active Recoil Channel™ edge to help them glide through the turf.
