Totherside is perched high above the rooftops of the charming village of Kingwear overlooking the River Dart within walking distance of the village store, restaurants and the ferry to Dartmouth. Parking for two cars is on the driveway however access is via a steep and narrow road unsuitable for wide vehicles. Further parking can be found in the Marina car park. Access to Totherside is via 40 steps up and therefore not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
