Pack contains 2 x 1.5" wide strips, each 35" long - enough for 2 tins up to 10" round, or twice around a deep tin. Using these strips will ensure that your cakes bake evenly, without overcooking around the edge. Ideal for fruit cakes. To Use: Measure - Fit the dry strips around your tin and thread the strip through the fabric loop. Soak - Remove the tin and run the strip under cold water to wet (For best results - leave under cold water for 5 mins) Remove excess water, do not wring!
