The goods are insulated with dry ice packs and dispatched throughout the year. Dry ice is a solid form of carbon dioxide and has a temperature of -78°C. It has a lower temperature than water ice and leaves virtually no liquid residue. It is frequently used to package foods intended for human consumption and that need to stay cold or frozen. Please refer to the instructions on the packaging for handling dry ice. This product can be stored for at least 12 months at -18°C. (This is the average temperature inside a domestic freezer). We recommend defrosting the product slowly at room temperature or in a dedicated area of the refrigerator, ideally on a low shelf. The defrosted product can be kept for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
